Participants who submit a full paper to the SMA JOMSR Guided “Pub” Crawl Committee by 11:59 PM ET on October 15, 2024 (Step 9) are invited to participate in a session at the annual meeting of the Southern Management Association. Participants based on the United States (US) are strongly encouraged to attend the special session. A virtual option will be available for non-US-based participants who are unable to attend the session in person.

This year’s conference will be held from October 29 to November 2, 2024, and will take place at the Hilton Palacio del Rio in San Antonio, TX. More information about SMA’s conference and instructions on how to register can be found at https://smgmt.org/annual-meeting/.

This special session will take place from 1:00 – 4:00 PM on October 30, 2024. The session will give participants an opportunity to present their full paper to JOMSR Editorial Panel. The Editorial Panel will review each paper beforehand and will provide a final round of feedback before final papers are submitted to the JOMSR Special Issue on Theory Testing and Replications in Leadership Science by December 1, 2024.

• Breakouts: JOMSR specialists to provide individualized feedback
