The City of New Orleans is requiring the verification of vaccination OR a negative Covid test within 72 hours for any indoor event. SMA is required to collect and verify this information from all attendees.

If you would like to pre-verify your vaccination status, you can do so here. Otherwise, you will need your vaccination information OR your negative PCR Covid test when you arrive at registration. 

Once your vaccination status is verified, your uploaded image will be deleted. 

You will not be allowed to participate in the meeting without a record of your Covid vaccination OR a negative PCR Covid test.
