Stay tuned for information on plans for the 2024 Virtual Summit.

Join a distinguished panel as we explore the three closely linked values of diversity, equity and inclusion in SMA’s first Virtual Summit. The event is in response to SMA members’ desire for engagement beyond the annual conference.  Panelists will discuss research in various areas including issues facing minorities in Corporate America, how organizations can create more inclusive environments, work family issues, pregnancy and work, challenges for BIPOC and Latinx populations. The panel will be followed by individual break-outs on a range of DEI topics, focusing primarily on issues involving historically marginalized groups.
