The Annual Faculty Consortium is hosted by the Southern Management Association and will run on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, as part of the Annual Meeting in St. Pete Beach, Florida. SMA hosts a half-day afternoon event to help faculty colleagues navigate the intricacies of academia in a safe and supportive environment. This year, the faculty consortium will focus on the topic of promotion and tenure, including post-tenure (and/or post-promotion) career pathways and will feature leading speakers from our field. Registration will be capped at 40 participants and open to all current members of SMA.

All participants must be current members of the Southern Management Association. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who submit their applications by September 15, 2026.
