2026 SMA Meeting Registration Update

Our primary registration form doesn’t allow people to update if they decide to add a guest or go on an offsite. This form lets you do that! So, join us on one of our great off-site visits! Or bring that guest who has an academic conference on their bucket list!

**Please note that this form is ONLY for updating the information of an existing Member registration. Please see the conference registration form to register as a member.

All guests attending any SMA function must register for the conference. SMA members registered for the conference can register one guest at the reduced rate listed below. Guests cannot be SMA members. Guests will have access to the entire program and will be able to attend all social events.

Please review your order before proceeding to checkout. Full refunds (minus the processing fee) will be issued up until 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, October 1, 2026. To request a refund please contact help@southernmanagement.org. Refunds for half the registration rate (minus the processing fee) will be issued up until 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, October 15, 2026. After October 15, 2026 refunds will not be issued as we will have made commitments to the hotel on this date.Note that all refunds will be made minus the 2.9%+$0.30 processing fee charged by our Processor. For the full price conference ($400), that fee is $11.90.
