Participants must submit their full proposal by September 1, 2025. This is the proposal that will be presented to the SMA Fellows. Participants should use the form below to submit their proposal (i.e., front end plus methodology) to the SMA JOMSR Guided “Pub” Crawl Committee. The deadline for submitting the revised proposal is September 1, 2025.

The revised proposal should include the following: 

• Title page
• Abstract
• “Front end” (e.g., introduction, theory, hypotheses) and methodology
• References
• Relevant tables and figures

Once we receive your 1) conference registration fee waiver request (SMA2025 attendees only) and 2) full proposal submission (see the form below), registration waiver codes will be distributed via email by September 16, 2025.
