Participants who want to present their papers to the JOMSR Editorial Panel at annual meeting of the Southern Management Association (SMA) must submit a full paper using the below form by 11:59 PM ET on October 15, 2024. JOMSR Editorial Board Panelists will review each paper and will provide individualized feedback during a session dedicated to papers intended for JOMSR’s Special Issue on Theory Testing and Replications in Leadership Science. This dedicated session will take place from from 1:00 – 4:00 PM on October 30, 2024 at the SMA 2024 Conference in San Antonio, TX.  Note that a virtual option will be available for non-US-based participants unable to attend.
