After the proposal is submitted (Step 3) and reviewed, participants will be matched by the “SMA JOMSR Guided “Pub” Crawl” Committee with a CARMA (methodological) expert based on the respective proposed methodology. Matching announcements will be made by email by July 15, 2024. If you have any questions or haven’t received an email notifying you of the CARMA expert with whom you are paired with by this date, please reach out to SMA’s Support Team at help@southernmanagement.org.

Virtual meetings between the participant(s) and their matched CARMA expert must be completed by August 15, 2024. During the meeting, participants should consult the CARMA expert about the methodology and analytic approach presented in their proposed study. Indeed, the purpose of the virtual meeting is to give participants an opportunity to vet their methodological approach with a methodological expert before data collection begins.
