Submit Proposal

Deadline: June 30, 2024

Following the virtual information session (Steps 1 and 2), participants should prepare a research proposal (i.e., front end and proposed methodology) that introduces a topic that is suited for potential publication in JOMSR’s Special Issue on Theory Testing and Replications in Leadership Science.

The proposal should be formatted as follows:

  • 20 pages (all inclusive)
  • Double-spaced (references can be single spaced)
The proposal should include the following:
  • Title page
  • Abstract
  • “Front end” and proposed methodology [The primary emphasis should be on the proposed methodology]  
  • References
  • Relevant tables and figures

Please use the registration form below to submit your proposal. The deadline to register for any one of the virtual sessions is 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2024.

After the proposal is submitted and reviewed, participants will be matched by the “SMA JOMSR Guided ‘Pub’ Crawl” Committee with a CARMA (methodological) expert based on the respective proposed methodology. Matching announcements will be made by email by July 15, 2024.
